The tenant's business assumes sole responsibility for the following:
- independently understanding applicable legal requirements and continuously monitoring any changes thereto;
- establishing and implementing internal policies, procedures, and control mechanisms as required by law;
- fulfilling customer due diligence obligations and requirements relating to the identification of beneficial owners;
- timely and complete compliance with reporting and data submission obligations towards competent authorities;
- identifying suspicious transactions and promptly reporting them to the relevant authorities.
The tenant acknowledges that any failure to comply with or improper fulfillment of the above obligations shall result in their sole responsibility for all legal, financial, and regulatory consequences, and that no claims may be asserted against the Author or any third party in this regard.
